The Lonely Planet describes the Snowman Trek as one of the most difficult treks of the world. Besides being difficult, it is also one of the most beautiful. The trek starts from Paro Drukgyel Dzong taking and you to Lunana, the highest settlement in the Country through several passes of more than 17,470ft.
Among many people who attempt this trek there are only few who have completed it. It is known that there are more people who have been able to reach the top of Everest than to have successfully completed this trek.
