Bhutan has close to 200 species of mammals, around 150 Tigers among which 24 species are globally threatened species like golden Langur.
There exists Elephant, Rhinoceros in the South and Snow Leopard, Takin and Red Pandas in the North. We have nine protected areas: Royal Manas National Park, Sakten wildlife Sanctuary and Jigme Dorji National Park being three of them.
Season: Feb, March, November, December.
Location: Trongsa, Nimshong Nabji, Korphu, Kubra and Jangbi village. Trek: 5days
